Performs well on both coated and uncoated stock. High compressibility makes the BöttcherTop 3201 a very smash resistant blanket. Micro-ground and buffed surface results in sharp well defined dots and dense clean solids. Stable carcass reduces gauge loss and reduces need to overpack or repack. Hard surface is resistant to abrasion. High edge cut resistance. Quick release reduces piling.

4-Ply .077" Commercial Sheetfed Blanket for Paper and Carton

Proprietary surface rubber performs well with a wide range of inks and washes. Resistant to swelling, shrinking, embossing, debossing, memory or staining that might result from extreme ink or wash environments. High compressibility helps compensate for press specific dynamics, such as bounce and vibration, reducing streaks and slurs. Micro-ground and polished surface provides optimal ink coverage on both coated and uncoated stocks. This 4-Ply blanket has a high content of microspheres in a thick compressible layer coupled with 3-ply construction design reduces heat build-up.

The BöttcherTop Impressa is the latest blanket line to be released by Böttcher. It performs well on both coated and uncoated stock. The micro-ground chemical and heat resistant quick release face rubber reduces piling. High compressibility makes the BöttcherTop Impressa a very smash resistant blanket. Stable carcass reduces gauge loss and reduces need to overpack or repack. Hard surface is resistant to abrasion. High edge cut resistance. The BöttcherTop Impressa is an excellent choice for stochastic, FM or XM screened separations.

Strippable Compressible Spot Coating Blanket/Plate for Aqueous and UV Coatings

Hydrophilic face rubber reduces piling, is easy to wash-up and provides high coating transfer. Resistant to swelling from polar solvents found in UV coatings and washes while still compatible with all aqueous coatings and washes. Micro-ground and polished surface ensures tight gauge tolerance and homogenous coating transfer. Stripping layer technology is glue free. Stripping is quick and easy. No stencil delamination caused by coatings or washes. High stability polyester carrier. No gauge loss. No mis-registration at makeready or during run. Deep stencil reduces coating build-up in non-coating areas. Also available in a special thickness for KBA presses known as BöttcherTop 1003.
